Infera – Hiring & Employment Policy
At Infera, we strive to build a professional workforce based on integrity, competence, and merit. This policy outlines the eligibility, compliance requirements, and disciplinary actions applicable to all applicants, interns, and full-time employees.
1. General Eligibility
-
Candidates must have no active backlogs, supplementary examinations, or arrears in their academic curriculum at the time of applying for an internship or full-time role.
-
A minimum academic performance (CGPA/percentage) may be prescribed for certain roles. Candidates must meet the specified threshold without exception.
-
Applicants must truthfully declare their educational qualifications, work experience, and any other information required during the hiring process.
2. Application and Verification
-
All details submitted in resumes, application forms, or interviews must be accurate and verifiable.
-
Candidates may be asked to provide supporting documents (transcripts, degree certificates, identity proof, past employment records, etc.) at any stage of the recruitment process.
-
Background checks, academic verification, and reference checks will be conducted. Any falsification or misrepresentation will lead to immediate rejection.
3. Policy on Backlogs and Academic Misrepresentation
-
Interns: Candidates with active or pending backlogs are not eligible for internships at Infera.
-
Full-time Employees: Candidates with active or pending backlogs at the time of joining will have their offer rescinded immediately.
-
If an intern or employee is later found to have concealed backlogs or misrepresented academic status:
-
Their internship/employment will be terminated immediately without notice.
-
The individual will not be eligible for any stipend, salary, or payroll settlement, irrespective of the duration served.
-
The company reserves the right to report the misconduct to relevant institutions and blacklist the individual from future opportunities.
-
4. Probation and Confirmation (Full-time Employees)

All new hires will undergo a probationary period (duration as per offer letter) during which performance, integrity, and compliance with company policies will be assessed.
-
Any misrepresentation discovered during probation will result in termination with zero payroll liability.

Confirmation of employment is at the sole discretion of Infera based on satisfactory completion of probation.
5. Code of Conduct & Integrity
